What documents do I need to qualify for a loan?
The documents needed to qualify for the installment and payday loan services include a valid identification, most rent pay stub and recent bank statement. Please contact the appropriate facility to confirm any additional requirements.
Do you run a credit check?
Credit checks may be necessary for certain loans but not payday loans. You will be asked and notified before a credit check is initiated.
Is my information confidential?
We respect your privacy. Details about your business with us as well as your information are completely confidential.
How much does it cost to take out a loan?
Interest rates and fees vary by state. To view interest rate disclosures for payday loan products, click on the appropriate state: (California, Louisiana, Missouri, Virginia.) To view interest rate disclosures for installment loans, select: (Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico.)
Will I be penalized for paying the loan off early?
You will not be penalized for paying a loan off early. The interest that is displayed on your loan agreement is based on you keeping the loan for the entire term designated. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to save on interest by paying before your contract due date.
What happens if I pay off my loan the next day or change my mind after I have received the funds?
CFSA Best Practices state that you have the right to rescind in which no interest will be charged for paying the loan back before the end of the next business day.
Can I make payments on my current loan if I don't have the funds to pay off?
Installment loans are set up in a way that payments are scheduled until nothing is owed. Payments on the payday loan service vary by state. Some state laws do not allow payments or "rollovers."
Can I qualify for a loan if I don't have a checking account?
Yes! Unlike many other alternative financial services companies, we accept savings accounts as well as checking accounts without checks attached.
