Corporate social responsibility may be viewed as the integration of social, ethical and environmental concerns with normal business practices in
order to further appeal to employees, customers, communities and any other possible stakeholders. Corporate social responsibility is not limited
to the giving and monetary donations but instead is the development and implementation of any processes and procedures that can potentially
improve the welfare of the surrounding communities. Corporate social responsibility is critical for a number of reasons, one of the most important
being the compliance with any current laws and regulations.
Understanding your finances can help to put you on the road to recovery if your finances seem unmanageable. As part of our efforts to expand corporate social responsibility and consciousness in our industry, we began holding financial literacy courses several times a year beginning in 2009. Participants learn everything from the basics of banking to how to improve their credit and understanding of loan products. Our current collaboration is with Better Living Communities located in St. Louis, Missouri, an organization that has been dedicated to improving the St. Louis community for decades by assisting individuals and families in urban, economically depressed areas. This includes support and maintenance of homes in order to keep them in safe working order, and the development of new, affordable housing to better the quality of life of people in specific neighborhoods.
In addition to being an advocate of financial literacy, Payday Loans Across America and its affiliates are dedicated to making regular contributions to a number or community and non-profit organizations.

Our Wishing On a Star Trivia Night to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has raised a net contribution of nearly $15,000 over the past three years. Payday Loans Across America has supported both the Missouri and Los Angeles chapters the foundation.

Our Pennies for a Change Bowl-a-Thon is another annual event in which all participants pledge to donate .$10 per point. Several thousand dollars have been raised for local chapters of the United Way.
Each of our California locations has the opportunity to adopt a family for Thanksgiving in order to create meals for them. We have organized over 30 meals for needy families in the Greater Los Angeles area.
As economic conditions have continued to be dismal, one of our primary goals is to make sure the children in our communities are still able to have their needs met and to have a happy childhood. In the past, we've been able to partner with organizations.
The Weingart Center of Los Angeles provides resources and transitional assistance for local homeless. In 2009 our California locations collected and donated hundreds of clothing and accessory items for their workforce program.

Weve collected close to 1,000 toys for the Marine Toys for TotsSM Foundation since 2007.
There are two ways you can get involved in helping us make a positive impact in the community.
We rely on you to tell us about where we can make an impact in your community. We Need You is a program where you help us identify opportunities for company volunteerism and community activism. If you are a member of a non-profit or social service, you can fill out the We Need You form, and submit it at your nearest location.
